Dunston Activity Centre: Gymnastics

About our Gymnastics and Gymstars programs

We have a great team of coaches ready to progress your pre-school and school age children through our gymnastics courses.

Gymnastics

Mondays 4:30 pm for 4 to 6 year old's

Monday 5:30 pm for 7 to 11 year old's

Gym Stars

Friday 1:00 pm for 18 to 35 months

Friday 1:45 pm for 3 to 4 year old's

To book your child's place for a 10 week course, please contact us. Charge for 10 weeks is £35 (buy cash or card) in advance. Each course is run by experienced British Gymnastics Association qualified staff and stimulates progress in gymnastics skills and physical, mental and confidence development. Progress is rewarded with badges an certificates.

The following facilities are freely available at each session:

1. A first rate viewing gallery for parents and familiesfe with soft play area
2. An outdoor Discovery Den for toddlers including picnic tables
3. A cafe with soft play area
4. A comfortable cafe bar and concourse area for those wishing to catch up with emails, read a newspaper or simply chat.b
